A few years have already passed ever since we have this new normal set up. Students are still adjusting to online classes. We are constantly seeking aid from others and assisted ourselves by adopting either negative or positive coping techniques to cope with stress and anxiety. Don't hesitate to ask for help. We are all in this together. We should try and help each other even in the simplest of ways. Lending a hand. Being a shoulder to cry on. It all helps.
